KATIE BANMAN

Summer Student

Katie is a second-year law student at the University of Victoria, working towards degrees in both Canadian Common Law (JD) and Indigenous Legal Orders (JID).

Born and raised in Victoria, BC, Katie also attended the University of Victoria, where she earned a Bachelor of Commerce with a specialization in Service Management. Building on her educational background and experience in project management, commercial law, and policy, Katie is excited to continue her learning journey in her role at Ashmead Law.

Outside of work, Katie is an avid ice and ball hockey player. She also loves biking (mountain or gravel) and enjoys any activity that takes her into the outdoors.
